The poultry at Ayrshire Farm are raised from week-old chicks and poults. Adults are sold to the public during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and is featured weekly at Hunter’s Head Restaurant in Upperville. Some of the varieties you may see on our farm include Dominques, Red Caps, Buttercups, Silver Gray Dorkings, American Bronze and Royal Palms.
