Grand Vis-à-Vis
Built in 1870 by P.F. Roberjot & Tollet of Lyon, France.
This graceful Vis-à-Vis is drawn by a pair of horses or a “Four-in-Hand”. This particular carriage was once owned by the Belgian Royal Family, used for attending the hunt and other formal drives. It was later acquired by the Baron Jean Casier, who used it for his own daughter’s wedding. Upon arrival in the States, there were still traces of rice from this joyous occasion. The Grand Vis-à-Vis is the perfect choice for slightly larger parties, as it can seat up to six people.
